    ソースはないが　至高の和風ドレッシングならあるぞ　ロバートデニーロがほれ込んだ日本料理店のドレッシングレシピ

    濃口醤油　70ml
    米酢　35ml
    水　20ml（※重要）
    砂糖　小さじ１
    粉からし　小さじ二分の一
    塩　少々
    胡椒　少々

    これらを混ぜて砂糖を溶かしてから

    オリーブオイル　35ml
    ごま油　35ml

    を少しずつまぜ加える　本当は水に浸した刻みタマネギを入れるんだが　それなしでもすごくうまい
